Don't love your Better Dish? If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we welcome returns within 30 days of receipt with your original invoice. Once we receive the item we will issue you a refund for the full purchase price minus the cost of shipping. Orders may be cancelled prior to being shipped to receive a full refund. 

PLEASE NOTE: The lid is supposed to come off! If your Better Dish arrived with the lid disengaged, it's all good. The lid was designed to snap off and on for easy cleaning.
